Two of the half dozen hotels at Resorts World Sentosa (rwsentosa.com) are offering 20 to 30 percent off average daily rates until the end of April, making choosing among them that much easier. The Hard Rock Hotel has rates from US$239, while those at the Michael Graves – designed Hotel Michael begin at US$266.



With Thailand’s soaking-wet water festival fast approaching, the Songkran splash promotion at the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket (dusit.com) gets you 35 percent off best available room rates (starting from US$225, based on a minimum two night stay), breakfast, and a festival ‘survival kit.’ While the offer is valid until the end of April, the kit is available only during festival time (April10-18) and includes a traditional Mo Hom Shirt, a waterproof wallet to protect your valuables, and an etiquette card.

The Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit (sheratongrandesukhumvit.com) in Bangkok is offering a Grande Weekend promotion starting from US$194. The deal gets you breakfast, late checkout until 4p.m., and 10 percent off spa treatments; valid until June 30 for a minimum two nights stay.

Even if you aren’t in Bangkok for business, take advantage of Swissotel Nai Lert Park’s (swissotel.com) two night offer that gives you a 25 percent discount when you book a Swiss Business Executive room. Priced from Us$114 a night, these rooms come eith espresso machines and access to the hotel’s club lounge.
