Alhambra is a palace complex located in the city of Granada, Spain, made in the 14th century. in this vast complex was originally built for the residence of the kings of Islam in Spain, which joined in the Nasrid dynasty. Alhambra has become proof of the wealth of architecture and art that symbolizes the advent of Islam. Almost all parts of the palace is filled with carvings of calligraphy, including marble placed on all walls of the palace. All the interior was decorated with Arabic script and calligraphy depicting the richness of Islamic art in Granada. Nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage since 1984, carving and Islamic art influenced many buildings Alhambra in Spain and several other countries around it.
