Last year, India has its first pavilion at the Venice Biennale. This year, it has its own biennial. Held in the State of Kerala, Kochi-Muziris Biennale (rolling start December 12th) will feature paintings, films, installations, and performing arts. Treat the majority concentrated in Kochi, colonial city that collects dozens of art galleries. Muziris, another biennale site, going through an amazing reclamation project. Legendary harbor that disappeared hundreds of years ago, have been found and are now being raised from the dead.
