Trip of Lifetime – Earlier this year, I made a trip of a
lifetime, travelling across Perus, Argentina, Chile and Brazil in three weeks. I
remain impressed by the smartness of the Inca, the thundering Iguazu Falls, the
majestic Torres del Paine, and the breathtaking Perito Moreno glacier. While at
the Torres del Paine National Park, I stayed at the Eco Camp. We had just
endured a strenuous eight-hour trek the day before so we were taking it easy
this particular day. Travelling by van, our guide brought us to countless
places of interest. We stopped at this particular spot where we saw a group of
condors devouring a guanaco (a local long-neck animal that provides fibers in
Andes region) while on the opposite side of the van, I saw small lakes
reflecting the mountain range’s snowcapped summits. I ran out with my camera
and started snapping away, and came back with plenty of beautiful shots.
