Ku De Ta is a scene-stealing restaurant in Bali adn one of the hottest venues in Asia, with world-class dining, design and architecture, and entertainment. Now it is taking innovation one step higher with the launch of the rooftop KU DE TA Beer Garden, nicknamed KBG. Executive Chef Phil Davenport has dreamed up a sensational new gourmet menu of burgers, fries, and shakes with a Mediterranean influence. KBG serves rare and boutique beers carefully selected from around the globe, as well as creative cocktails.

Moscow Mule

45 ml Ketel One vodka
3 freshly squeezed lime
120 ml house-made ginger beer
    Ginger Beer ingredients
     200 gr sugar
     1 l water
     100 g ginger palm sugar
     100 g grated ginger
      Bring water and sugar to a boil then infuse with ginger, leaving the mixture covered
      For at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours. Strain and add to a seltzer bottle, changing
      Once with Co2

Pour the mixture into a beer mug with ice
