Soya Milk Panna Cotta
Ingredients
1 l unsweetend soya milk
200 ml cream
6 pc gelatin sheets
40 g sugar
6 pc fresh rasberries
Icing sugar
Mint leaf
Ingredients for Lemongrass Syrup
2 pc lemograss
1 pc vanilla stick
250 ml water
180 g sugar
Method for Lemongrass Syrup
Boil the sugar, vanilla stick, and lemograss until the sugar is totally dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool down for a few hours before use.
Method
Bring the soya milk, cream, and sugar to a slow simmer under low heat. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft and then add to the mixture. Continue to stir under low heat untill the gelatin is completely dissolved. Finely strain the mixture and allow to cool, then fefrigerate for a few hours. When serving, pour the lemongrass syrup on top of the panna cotta and garnish with rasberry, mint leaf , and icing sugar.
