Daegu, which is the 4th largest city in South Korea after Seoul, Busan and Incheon in fact also be a center of textile and clothing industry in the country's largest. Holds itself as the City Fashion in South Korea, Daegu is actively doing power-industry effort to promote the fashion industry with fashion events held annually or semi-annual and invite national institutions. A big city that specializes in textile and fashion industry whose goal is the center of fashion in East Asia.

In 2009, Daegu City Government to open up to provide a different experience in combining travel with tourist atmosphere with fashion and beauty show.
