The two chef of Boneka restaurant at the St. Regis Bali Resort tout their award winning talent every Sunday with a spectacular brunch that is wildly popular that reservations are absolutely required. Before plunging into the three-hour-long experience, diners enjoy complimentary Bloody Marys and canapés at Kings cole Bar from 11a.m. to 12 noon. Then commences an almost sinful culinary journey with dishes like Avruga pearl blini, a petite Russian pancake made with a Beluga-friendly caviar substitute; favorite with a twist, like Wagyu beef steak and eggs or lobster omelet; topped off by the sugary sweet goodness of a Valrhona chocolate fountain. Come 3 p.m., and several empty flutes of champagne, the wonderful feast is over, but there is always next Sunday.
