Sorrento Mediterranean Restaurant at Melia Bali

Spanish Seafood Paella

Ingredients
0.5 tbs saffron
2 tbs chopped garlic
2 tbs salt & pepper
2 tbs paprika powder
4 tbs olive oil
1.5 l fish stock
250 ml Arborio rice
50 gr cubed onions
50 gr cubed green bell peppers
50 gr cubed red bell peppers
100 gr squid
100 gr prawns
100 gr white snapper
100 gr mussels
100 gr green beans
400 gr cubed tomatoes

Method
Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan and saute the onions and garlic until golden brown. Add all the seafood and bell peppers, sauteing for five minutes. Then pour in the rice, fish stock, tomatoes, saffron, and paprika powder, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil. Lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 20 to 25 minute.
